Obviously, the ability to check Unit Availability and reserve a Unit for lease is a central function of PMM. This Reservations system is designed for both short and long term lease. By clicking on a From date and To date on the calendar and by selecting the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and the rate code desired, all available Units will show in the panel. Then you can click on any one of those for detailed information about the Unit and its features.

Once a Unit has been chosen, Tenant information is entered or checked and a New Reservation can be made. Payments due and Received are updated. Both Tenant and Owner Reservation status letters can then be printed.
