• Make a Reservation is where you check Availability and enter Tenant Information.
• Property Management is for Work Orders, Owner Statements and other system maintenance functions.
• Data Entry is where you set up all of your Units, Owners, Agents, Unit Features, Taxes and any other information which PMM will use over and over again.
• Reports is where you generate management reports to help you run your business.
