Unit Features are created in a Control File. They are categorized by Type (for example, Kitchen, Location, View, Community) and are user-defined to suit your needs. There is no limit to the number of Features you can include in the Control File.

When entering a new Unit into PMM, you assign Features to the Unit so that you can closely match your Client’s needs with your available Units.
