Leases and Reservations:

This section contains all activity concerning leasing a property. PMM + handles residential short term, residential long term and commercial properties

Property Management:

This section contains all activities concerning property management like Work Orders; Trust accounts, several reports and all day-to-day contacts with Owners, Vendors, Agents and Site Managers.

Data Entry:

This section contains all activities concerning data entry. You will use this feature to enter Owners, Vendors, Agents, Site Managers, wording and features of PMM+ reports and data collection. Only Tenants are entered in the Make a reservation section!

Reports:

This section will provide you with the majority of reports generated by PMM+.
