5. How do I enter Services?

C Main Menu C Data Entry C Services

You will find a blank new screen when you enter your first Service. For each additional Service C Insert (upper tool bar) and C New Record

What does “Services” mean? What is the use of “Services”?

The “service” feature of PMM is designated for vendors who perform any type of service. The perfect example is the typical handyman who does all, from cleaning to replacing the A/C system!  When creating Work Orders, the “service” will help you describe the type of work being done.

As with all ID in PMM you cannot change the assigned ID! Normally the ID would be the kind of service performed (Example: Cleaning, Electric, Painting)

PMM comes with a basic list of services used in property management. You can add as many services as you need.

Note: For Form View or Data Sheet View functions, sorting functions and find functions, see the relating questions in Owners at Chapter I How do I enter an Owner
