Property Management
Master is built upon the Microsoft Access Relational Database
Management System. This means that the “engine” which drives Property
Management Master is a product fully developed and documented by
Microsoft Corporation. Your user interface will look a lot like other
Windows products and will be compatible with other Microsoft or
Microsoft approved software on your system.
PMM is designed to
track your managed properties, owners, agents, site managers, vendors,
property availability, reservations and leases. It will produce work
orders for property maintenance and track all direct expenses attributed
to each property. It will accumulate all escrow amounts and income
generated for each property. PMM will generate an owner’s statement
including all direct income, direct expenses and escrow as well as
reports covering Unit rental and maintenance history. PMM is especially
designed to track both long and short term lease arrangements, providing
both a reservations and a lease management system.
