Work with Agents

This function allows you to build up a log of all your contacts to an Agent.

C Main Menu C Property Management, C Work with Agents, find the concerned Agent with the Find function of PMM.

This function is to enter any agreements, changes of address or phone number of your agents. You can change the percentage of commission from this field.

Is there any way to have a global view of all my agents on one sheet?

PMM is a relational data software based on MS Access. You will find on the left corner of your tool bar a function called Form Sheet View and one called Data Sheet View. C on Data Sheet view and you will find a spreadsheet containing all information stored in this feature. If you have installed a full version of MS Access 8 2000 you will be able to hide or unhide columns to this spreadsheet by C on Format on the upper tool bar and C on Unhide Columns will open a window with all available columns. Check the columns you would like to have and uncheck the columns you don’t need.

Is there any way to sort data on the Data View Sheet?

Yes! Select the column containing the part of data that you would like to sort and C on the Sort Ascending or Sort descending (A Z or ZA). As soon as you close the feature the data sheet view will restore automatically to the default set up.  

How do I find a specific Agent?

Find Function: C Find function in the upper tool bar (Binoculars) Modify at the first use of this function the Match from the default Start of the Field to Any Part of the Field Place the cursor with the mouse on the required  field. Return the cursor with the mouse to the Find What field and type the first two or three letters of the item that you are looking for or the number assigned to the item in the case you have used numbers. C on Find next button and you will have the needed feature on your screen. If there are several items starting with the same letters or numbers, C again on Find Next until you find the needed feature.
