Reservations and Leases

Availability functions of PMM:

Just like in real life a Reservation (or Lease) in PMM is made up of three things:

  1. When

  2. Where

  3. Who

1. When

C on Availability in the upper tool bar. Choose by C the date of move in and of move out of the potential tenant on the calendar. In case of a long-term rental the year can be selected using the scroll function and the month can be changed by C on the two arrows located just above the month. PMM will start by default on today’s date.  (In case of long term tenants who are in the unit before the purchase of PMM, enter the original move-in date of this tenant by scrolling the year on the calendar page. Do not enter any time frame under 180 days unless you want taxes calculated). You can narrow the choice of a unit by selecting the number of bedrooms, bathrooms or rate code. Note: Make sure that you check the box for Furnished if the unit you are searching should be furnished.

C on Check availability on the right side of the calendar.

Note: You can obtain a printed report from the availability by C on the Print Button!

2. Where

Select the ideal unit and C on the View button above the available units will open a first view of this unit showing basic information such as prices, pool, waterfront and style code. C on the Unit Details button and you open the complete Unit data form screen which will allow you to give all  kinds of information to the prospect.

At this point you understand the importance of entering all possible available information in the unit screen!   Remember, you can complete this information any time! Do it now!

If the prospect tenant is interested in the unit, you will take all
his information:  Tenants
