This is a view of the Owner Control File. It holds all of the information about an Owner. There is a Unlimited Note function for any notes which you want to keep about the Owner, as well as a Communications Log which allows you to track and record your conversations with the Owner by date.

The Statement Type function determines whether this Owner’s Statement will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed.

You can also produce a Statement for the Owner, as well as an Envelope for any correspondence.

An overview of all of the Owners in your PMM system is accessed by clicking on the "Datasheet View" icon.

You can Find any Owner in the Database by clicking on the Find icon.
