This is a view of the first panel of the Unit Control File. All of the pertinent information about a Unit goes into this file, including location, rates, features, and community. This is the information which appears about the Unit when you are checking Availability against your Client’s needs.

Each Unit has a Unit Code which uniquely identifies that Unit to the system.

Each Unit is assigned a Rate Code which is user-defined. Rates are broken down by Season, as well as day,week, month, and season.

All Unit Features are visible through pull-down panels which describe the feature.
