When Payments are Received from a Tenant, when Expenses are incurred for a Unit or when Escrow money is received, the Owners Statement is automatically updated. You can also make manual entries to the Income, Expense and Escrow logs. PMM updates the balances for each and displays a Current Overall Balance.
When you are ready to write checks to pay Bills, PMM is set to send Expense information to the New PMM Banking Center.
