The PMM Work Order function is designed to allow you to enter all maintenance work for every Unit and to track the estimated vs. the actual cost of the job.
This is a picture of one Work Order. A view of all Work Orders is available by switching to Datasheet View.
The printed Work Order is produced on command so that you can fax or mail it to the Vendor.
Once the Actual Cost has been entered, it can be posted to Expenses for payment and to the Owners Statement.
The Job Description prints on the Work Order and Unlimited Notes allow you to keep all necessary details about each Work Order.
