  1. Click Start; Programs; Accessories; Communications; Remote Desktop Connection.

If the Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) program is not in your program list go to:

Download Remote Desktop Connection program

and follow the directions there to download and install the RDP program. Once you have installed the program go back to step 1 above.

You will then see this screen:

2. Click on the “Options” button and you will see this screen:

  1. Enter “24.227.77.114” in the Computer field
  2. Enter the username sent to you in the registration email in the User name field
  3. Enter the password sent to you in the registration email in the Password field
  4. Enter “PMMWEB00” in the Domain field. (Use the number 0 not the letter O)
  5. Click to turn on the "Save my Password" box

3. Click on the “Display” TAB at the top and you will see this screen:

Move the Remote desktop size slider bar to the left until it says “1024 X 768 pixels” as shown above.

4. Click on the “Local Resources” TAB at the top and you will see this screen:

Make sure that the “Printers” box is checked.

5. Click on the “General” TAB at the top and you will come back to the General setup screen. Click on the “Save As” button and you will see this screen:

Click the “Desktop” choice at the left and then for the File name field enter “PMM Online”. Then click the “Save” button. This will put an icon on your desktop that you can just double-click to logon to PMM+ Online in the future

When you see the “General” screen again just click the “Connect” button at the bottom. In a few moments you will see this screen:

To ensure that you data is backed up properly make sure that you completely log off when you are finished with your session by clicking on the "Exit PMM" button on the Main Menu.

You can now logon to your Web PMM+ at any time by just double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
