We have three Reseller levels for the distribution of PMM:

1.) Referral:        This agent does not require specific knowledge of the software and refers the client to PMM. We contact the client, negotiate the installation and take care of “on line”   training. The agent is compensated with 15% from the gross set up fee and no compensation on the monthly dues. No contract or agreement is signed between the agent and PMM and no territorial rights are given.

2.) Retail:            This agent must have a basic knowledge of the software and should be able to answer basic questions. Without any purchase commitment has to purchase the software from PMM with a 30% discount and will participate with 10% on the monthly dues. This agent must be able to train the user on the functions of data entry and basic property management. PMM will train the user “on line” on the financial functions of PMM. Based in minimum performance, limited territorial rights are given and an agreement will be signed on the distributor’s request only.

3.) Wholesale:   This agent must have complete knowledge of the software including all special features and functions. Should be familiar with property management and preferable be an expert in computers. This agent will be subject to a minimum purchase to be agreed every year. This level has a discount of 50% and will participate with 20% in the monthly fees. This agent will sign a long-term agreement and have extended territorial rights based on performance.
